The exact features, pricing, delivery time, and support terms may vary depending on the project.

Discord Platform

Our bots operate through Discord and depend on Discord’s platform, API, and services. By using our bots, you also agree to follow Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and other applicable Discord rules.

We are not responsible for Discord outages, API changes, account restrictions, bot verification issues, or platform changes that may affect how a bot works.

Custom Bot Orders

When ordering a custom Discord bot, you are responsible for providing clear and accurate project details. This may include the bot’s intended features, server needs, branding, permissions, and any other required information.

Project timelines may vary depending on complexity, communication, testing, and revision requests.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or stop work on any project that involves abuse, harassment, spam, scams, illegal activity, Discord Terms violations, or anything we consider unsafe or harmful.

Payments and Refunds

Payment terms will be discussed before the project begins.

Unless otherwise agreed, payments may be required before work starts or before final delivery. Because custom Discord bots require time, planning, and development work, refunds are not guaranteed once development has started.

Refunds, if offered, are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Ownership and Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, once a custom bot is fully paid for, you may use the bot for your Discord server or intended project.

However, we may retain ownership of reusable code, base systems, internal tools, development methods, templates, and frameworks used to create the bot.

You may not resell, redistribute, leak, copy, or claim our code as your own unless we have given written permission.

Bot Hosting

Some bots may require hosting to stay online. Hosting may be provided by us, by you, or by a third-party hosting provider, depending on the agreement.

If hosting is provided by us, uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, outages, errors, Discord API issues, or hosting provider issues may cause temporary downtime.

If you host the bot yourself, you are responsible for keeping it online, securing the token, and maintaining the hosting environment.

Bot Permissions

Our bots may require Discord permissions to function properly, such as managing messages, managing roles, viewing channels, sending messages, reading message history, or managing tickets.

You are responsible for only granting permissions you are comfortable with. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect server permissions, role hierarchy problems, or server misconfiguration.

Prohibited Use

You may not use our website, bots, or services to:

• Break Discord’s rules
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Spam users or servers
• Raid Discord servers
• Collect data without proper permission
• Scam, phish, or impersonate others
• Distribute malware or malicious code
• Automate abusive behavior
• Violate any applicable laws

We may refuse service, disable access, or terminate support if we believe our services are being misused.

No Guarantee

We do our best to provide reliable and functional bots, but we do not guarantee that every bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every future Discord update.

Custom bots may require updates over time due to Discord API changes, new feature requests, server changes, or bug fixes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for damages, losses, server issues, data loss, lost revenue, downtime, or other problems caused by use of our website, bots, or services.

You use our services at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
